MARKETING TRAINEE (MT)
As our marketing trainees, you will undergo one-year training where you will learn various marketing & sales functions as you will be groomed to be part of our marketing & sales management team.
In marketing function you will learn about promoting, advertising, analyzing market and demographics. In sales function you will learn about sales procedures, sales strategies dan distribution channels.
At the end of the training, you will be well-equipped to develop integrated marketing and sales strategies. Along the way, we expect you to exercise your leadership capabilities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor or Master Degree in any major
• Min. GPA of 3.0
• Fast learner, self – driven and out-going
• Must be hardworking as these kinds of jobs require a lot of field work
• Exceptional communications skills in both written and verbal
• Experience in marketing or sales is preferable
• Willing to be placed in any city in Indonesia
MARKETING RESEARCH (CODE: MR)
Our marketing researchers are to develop research method such as create questionnaires, interview target market and analyze data. They also need to have strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree from all major, but preferable from Statistic/Psychology from reputable universities
• Min. GPA of 3.0
• Willing to extensively travel throughout our sites nationwide
• Preferences will be given for those who have strong basic knowledge in statistics.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM STAFF ( CODE: QMS )
Quality Management System Staff is responsible for developing and auditing company quality system procedures to the required standard. This position is responsible for working with Lead Auditor in documenting and reporting non-conformance(s). This position will be based in our Kudus, Central Java office.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Industrial Technology or Management from reputable universities
• Min. GPA of 3.0
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT (CODE: RND)
This position is part of Product Development Team, where main responsibilities include managing and executing cigarette development process and commercialization for assigned brand. This position will be based in our Kudus, Central Java office.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Chemical Science, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology from reputable university
• Min. GPA of 3.0
• Having a general understanding of the design and development process from inception through production
INTERNAL AUDITOR (CODE: IA)
Some essential duties of our Internal Auditor include drafting audit report, control accuracy of financial records, briefing audit findings to management, and preparing recommendation for corrective actions. This position is based in our Jakarta office.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable universities.
• Min. GPA of 3.0
FINANCIAL SERVICES STAFF (CODE: FSS)
As our Financial Services Staff, you will be responsible to support all financial administration in our regional office. This position will be based in our Bandung office.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of Bachelor degree from Economic Management or Accounting from reputable universities.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• 2 years of work experience in office management and other Financial Services field
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
CREATIVE GRAPHIC DESIGNER (CODE: CREATIVE)
As our creative, you will support the activities of our promotion activity. Primary responsibility is to design our promotion material by the use of any media. This position is based in our Jakarta office.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree with high acquaintance of Corel Draw 9, Adobe Photoshop CS, Adobe Illustrator CS and Macromedia Freehand 10.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Previous exposures in advertising industry will be highly prioritized
BUSINESS UNIT SERVICES STAFF (CODE: BUS)
We urgently need some personnel to support the use and exploitation of IT applications and systems in the company. You will be assisting IT users in their use of IT applications and helping them troubleshooting any difficulties. You will also have to contribute to the development and installation of new systems. This position is based in our Jakarta office.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Information Engineering/Management
• Min. GPA of 3.0
• Professionally able to utilize PC platform and its applications, especially Windows 7 professional suite (MS Office, Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook and Access)
• Mastering some basic configuration of hardware, LAN, and WAN
GENERAL SERVICES STAFF (CODE: GSS)
We are looking for an Engineer to perform onsite inspections and supervisions of buildings while under construction, repair, and or alteration. Inspecting constructions of structures include footings, foundations and framing through final completion to ensure compliance with regulations, pertaining to structural soundness, proper materials, and safety hazards. This position must also confer with contractors, workers, and other parties, pertaining to construction related problems and will be based in our Bandung office.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor or master degree in Civil Engineering
• Min. GPA of 3,0
• Possess communication skill, negotiation skill, and service oriented-mind
PRODUCTION STAFF (CODE: PS)
As part of our production team, you are responsible to perform predictive and corrective maintenance to our production machineries as to ensure highest output with most consistent quality and value. This position will be based in our Kudus, Central Java office.
