UX & UI DESIGNER for WEB
- Collaborate with application managers, developers and other stakeholders to design exceptional user experiences for multiple applications concurrently
- Solve complex design problems through a user centered design process that accounts for user goals, business requirements and development needs
- Use a variety of methods to document design decisions including sketches, process flows, wireframes, storyboards, visual design mockups and interactive prototypes
- Employ visually interesting and usable visualization techniques to help users explore and understand complex data sets and processes
- Plan and conduct user research activities such as heuristic reviews, interviews and surveys to understand the needs of users
- Plan and execute usability tests and report results back to the team
- Establish design and usability requirements for each engagement
- Maintain and improve standard style guide and interaction pattern library
- Mentor other user experience designers and development teams on the best practices for user experience
